Tamianka

Dry white wine made by classical technology. Straw-yellow colour with greenish hues and a gentle aroma of ripe white fruit. Fresh, corpulent and well-balanced, with a fine aftertaste. A suitable match for light fish dishes and soft cheeses. Serving temperature: chilled to 12°.

Chardonnay

Pale straw colour with bright golden nuances. Delicate nose with hints of citric fruit, wild plums and elder, with a touch of spiciness. Fresh on the palate, smooth-textured, with a rounded lingering finish. A fine serving suggestion to accompany fish, white meats, pasta and soft cheeses. To be served chilled at 12°.

Cabernet Sauvignon

A wine with beautiful dark ruby colour and well pronounced aroma. Intense nose of black forest fruit and spices. The body is balanced and harmonious, with pleasing aftertaste. A very suitable match for stewed red meats, game and mature soft cheeses. To be served at 15-17°.

Merlot

Deep ruby colour with hues of cherries. Notes of ripe red fruit in the aroma. Soft and tender taste on the palate, followed by a lingering and refined finish. A fine match for warm appetizers, red meat dishes, grilled meats and pasta. To be served at 15-17°.

Mavrud

A wine with intensive ruby colour. The nose is complex, dominated by ripe red berries and fruit - blackberries and morello cherries, combined with piquant spices. The taste is thick, soft and harmonious, with freshness and juiciness. Matches well with red meats, cheeses and well-seasoned dishes. To be served at 16-18°.
