Property Prices Rise in Bulgaria

For the first time in four years Property prices rise in Bulgaria. News from the Move Channel reports that new figures released show that the Bulgarian property market has made a small recovery of 0.2% in the second half of this year.

In the first half of 2012 Bulgarian property prices had dropped by 2.6%, compared to that of the same time last year. However, the second half of the year has seen a turn around and values rising by 0.2% from a growth in the demand for Bulgarian property and buyers are taking advantage of the exceptional value available in Bulgaria at the moment.

Bulgaria`s property market has for the past few years seen a decline in interest and price falls, but the recent increase has shown a slight recovery and a positive outlook for the future of the country's property market since its success in 2008.

The rising property prices in Bulgaria shows an optimistic recovery and also coincides with other positive news of Bulgaria gaining popularity with buyers. It is now one of the top ten countries to buy property this summer.
