A Growth in Tourists

The tourist chamber chair Ivan Ivanov predicted a growth of up to 7% increase in tourists visiting the southern Black sea coastal region of Burgas for summer 2013.

Bulgaria's summer season is now well under way and the regions largest resort Sunny Beach has been bustling since the end of April. Many of the hotels in the resorts along the coast are reporting full bookings. The growth in visitors is mainly from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. However this year a considerable rise in British tourists has been observed - in particular younger people.

Bulgaria still offers exceptional value for money for a holiday in comparison to its European rivalry but not just for summer holidays. The Deputy Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism Ivo Marinov promoted Bulgaria at a recent press seminar at the international tourism expo UITT 2013 in Kiev; the presentation covered Bulgaria and its opportunities as a year round destination.

Subsequently if you haven't booked your summer holiday yet, why not consider Bulgaria. The country offers superb value for money for all ages and there is something for everyone here so do your homework and browse Quest Bulgaria to see the diversity of this beautiful country and the choice available.
